1. What is the turnaround time?
Our team turnaround time for the final delivery of your photos and videos can vary depending on the package and services you have chosen. Typically, the turnaround time for photos & videos is 8-12 weeks. However we do keep you updated on a week basis as we're closer to finishing your galleries and wedding film.
2. What does the process look like once I book with you?
-Once you’ve decided that you want our team for your wedding day. We’ll get on a call to get to know each other and for us to share with you more knowledge, details, tips and resources. We’ll then prepare a contract in order to reserve that date right away. Easy as it sounds!
3. How do you handle unexpected events or challenges on the wedding day?
-We understand that unexpected events or challenges can arise on the wedding day. However, we always come prepared with backup equipment and a plan B in case of any issues. Our team also remain calm and professional in any situation and work closely with the wedding planner and vendors to ensure that the day runs smoothly. My goal is always to document the day as it unfolds and capture the true story of the wedding, so even if something unexpected happens, it can still be a part of the couple's memories.
4. Do you help with wedding timeline assistance?
-Yes, our team, it is common to offer assistance with creating a wedding timeline. This helps ensure that the day runs smoothly, and allows us to capture all the important moments. We have experience with the flow of a wedding day, and can make recommendations to help you plan a timeline that works best for you and your vision. In addition, we will also work closely with other vendors to coordinate the timeline and make sure that everything runs on schedule.
5. What is your shooting style? (e.g. photojournalistic, traditional, posed)
-Our photography/videography style is a blend of candid and posed shots. We like to capture genuine moments as they happen, but we also like to create beautiful, artistic compositions that showcase our couples in the best light. We take a mix of traditional and photojournalistic styles to tell the story of your day. Our goal is to capture your unique personalities and the emotions of your wedding day in a timeless and elegant way.
6. How far advance should we book you for our wedding?
- We recommended to book your services as soon as possible to ensure availability on your desired wedding date. Generally, it is a good idea to book your photographer/videographer at least 12-18 months in advance. This will give you enough time to plan your wedding and ensure that you're not scrambling last minute to find the right people for your special day.
7. What do the assistants help with?
We usually have one assistant that helps with gathering all of your family/bridal party and wedding guest for your group photos. Our assistant not only helps us carry our camera equipment, they help us gather your family/bridal party/guest for important group photos. Most weddings are time sensitive, our team wants to be efficient as much as possible so that you and your partner can go back to enjoying every minute of your special day.
8. How many hours do I need for my wedding?
-Most of our weddings ranges from 6hrs to 8hrs depending on what you have in mind. Couples who have us from getting ready until end of reception (8hrs to 10hrs)
9. Do you have insurance?
-Yes! Our team has insurance. It ensures that any unexpected events or incidents during the wedding day are covered.

-Our team is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. We take the time to understand our couples vision and preferences, and we work closely with them to ensure that every moment of their special day is captured beautifully. On the wedding day, we are focused, efficient, and always prepared, and we aim to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved. Ultimately, our goal is to provide our clients with a memorable and stress-free experience that they will cherish for years to come.
